Damaris Media is thrilled to provide free official community resources for Ben-Hur (cert. 12A) – in cinemas now. There is a Discussion Guide designed for use by churches and a Youth Activity Pack for youth groups of all kinds – see below for more info. Also available are two brand new special video features, one for churches and one for youth groups, which use clips from the film and interviews with cast and crew to highlight some of the fantastic themes in Ben-Hur.

Ben-Hur is the epic story of Judah Ben-Hur (Jack Huston), a prince falsely accused of treason by his adopted brother Messala (Toby Kebbell), an officer in the Roman army. Stripped of his title, separated from his family and the woman he loves (Nazanin Boniadi), Judah is forced into slavery. After years at sea, Judah returns to his homeland to seek revenge, but finds redemption. Based on Lew Wallace’s timeless novel, Ben-Hur: A Tale of the Christ,  the film also stars Morgan Freeman and Rodrigo Santoro.
